We are seeking a Field Service Technician – Sterilization to join our Operations team. This is a customer-facing, field-based role where you’ll gain valuable technical and leadership skills while maintaining and repairing sterilization equipment critical to healthcare delivery. Compensation commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on sterilization devices.
- Document all work completed using the asset management system, including time, expenses, and service notes.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain calibrated tools, accurate service records, and an organized service vehicle.
- Collaborate with your local operations team, your remote administrative team and our customers to meet service needs and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Stay current with training requirements, compliance standards, and credentialing (Joint Commission, CMS, CAP, etc.).
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone who takes initiative, who is open to coaching and feedback.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in medical technology repair, industrial wiring/controls, or related field preferred.
- Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to communicate clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Requirements:
Physical Requirement:
- Routine movement such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling and grasping.
- Walking and standing for extended periods of time.
- Performing work at a variety of levels, including floor to above shoulder height. This may include the use of ladders.
- Routinely lifting, lowering, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- PPE use
