Therapist Supervisor 
Position: Full-Time Location: Rochester, New York Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor who’s ready to lead a team of therapists providing mental health care in Rochester, New York. This position balances supervision, compliance, and mentorship helping both clinicians and clients achieve meaningful progress.
Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee clinical work and documentation for multiple therapy teams.</li>
<li>Provide regular supervision, coaching, and case consultation.</li>
<li>Conduct audits and ensure adherence to care standards.</li>
<li>Promote a positive team environment focused on ethical, evidence-based practice.</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership on training and quality improvement projects.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Active NY license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD).</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience with supervisory background.</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li>
