The Junior Website Project Coordinator is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Bogotá, Colombia office.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist Project Management team with photo sourcing within websites based on client vision, goals, and Project Manager direction

  • Attend weekly client meetings facilitated by Project Managers, compile meeting notes, and create developer tasks after client meetings

  • Work closely with the Development team on client projects

  • Assist the Project Management team in formatting, styling, and editing website content based on approved client designs

  • Assist the Development team with low-level website tickets

  • Project Manage website request projects, when applicable

Qualifications

  • A basic understanding of project management

  • A basic understanding of website development; specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with the Squarespace platform, specifically with content build

  • Ability to work and communicate in a team environment

  • Ability to multitask, act independently, and prioritize

  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations

  • Google Workspace

  • Shutterstock

  • Visual Studio Code

  • Adobe Suite
