Litigation Paralegal (4+ Years Experience)

Our practice covers a wide range of litigation areas, including civil, commercial, and complex litigation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Litigation Paralegal with at least 4 years of hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Annual Salary: $75,000+ depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and appeals
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests/responses
- Manage document production, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of documents
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials
- File documents electronically with state and federal courts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of litigation processes and court rules (state and federal)
- Proficiency with legal software and tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio, or similar)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced legal environment
- Professional demeanor and strong client service skills
