 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub Service/Install Technician to join our team at Durango Outdoor Living. In this role, you will travel to customers homes, participate in new installs, and diagnose and repair their existing customer base. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction and detail orientated are top priorities. Responsibilities:

<li>Respond to client requests for service</li>
<li>Evaluate and diagnose service tickets</li>
<li>Estimate the costs of repair, service, and installation</li>
<li>Repair hot tubs</li>
<li>Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services</li>
<li>Adhere to manufacturer recommendations</li>
<li>Teach homeowners how to operate their hot tubs</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed records</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
<li>Previous experience is preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Valid drivers license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move heavy objects</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
</ul>
