Job Title: Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer – Multifamily Construction

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Project Engineer to join our construction team and support all phases of multifamily residential projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with a developer-builder model, working directly with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on active construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in daily construction operations across assigned multifamily developments
- Track RFIs, submittals, and material procurement to ensure schedule alignment
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs
- Support jobsite coordination between field teams, design consultants, and subcontractors
- Conduct quality control checks and assist with punch list management
- Help monitor safety compliance on-site
- Review and help manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate inspections and assist in the closeout process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in construction, ideally multifamily or commercial
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow with a supportive, fast-paced team
