We’re not just looking for someone who can “make things look good.” We’re searching for a Senior Graphic Designerwho brings ideas to life, who sees design as a tool to tell stories, connect people, and build brands that mean something.
Requirements
What you'll actually do:
- Lead the creative direction and execution of design projects — from early concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design is not just beautiful, but purposeful.
- Craft compelling visual assets across digital and print: campaign visuals, social media, branding systems, UI elements, pitch decks, packaging, and more.
- Review and mentor junior designers — not just fixing, but teaching and inspiring.
- Push our visual identity forward while keeping it cohesive across every touchpoint.
- Stay ahead of trends but know when to follow the classics.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio that shows versatility, craft, and strategic thinking.
- Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you’re familiar with Figma, After Effects, or similar tools.
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and color — and the ability to explain why a design choice works.
- Strong communication skills — you know how to explain your vision, receive feedback, and collaborate like a pro.
- A mindset that’s equal parts creative and practical. You know how to balance bold ideas with business goals.
- Someone who still gets excited by a blank page.
Why you might love it here:
- You’ll have creative freedom — but also a team that’s got your back.
- You’ll work on meaningful projects that people actually see and engage with.
- We value design. It’s not an afterthought here — it’s central to how we work and grow.
