Responsibilities:

As our Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our administrative team, handling a wide range of essential tasks, including:

  • Financial Administration: Managing billings, invoices, and minor bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records.

  • Technology & Systems: Overseeing and troubleshooting telephone systems, managing relationships with technology vendors and technicians, and ensuring our office technology is always operational.

  • Logistics & Supplies: Managing all aspects of postage, coordinating office supply inventory and ordering, and handling various errands to support daily operations.

  • General Office Support: Ensuring the office is well-maintained, organized, and running efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a legal setting.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong proficiency in office software and technology.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A valid driver's license for running errands.
