Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Longmont
Location: Longmont, Colorado
Job Type: Permanent
Pay Range: $29-$35/hour DOE
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday (+12.5% shift differential)
- Initial training will be conducted on the first shift for several months.
Position Summary
Join our team at a leading chemical manufacturing facility as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and assembling industrial equipment, working closely with engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment repairs, adjustments, and assembly using blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Execute equipment modifications per engineering directives
- Assist with installation and maintenance of building systems (plumbing, wiring, HVAC, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with a strong focus on electrical systems
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with 240V and 480V electrical systems
- Experience in chemical manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in PLCs, industrial mechanical systems, and electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of pneumatics, three-phase wiring, and preventive maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Maintenance Electrician
- Expertise in AC and three-phase circuit troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions
- Experience mentoring or leading maintenance teams
- Strong skills in diagnosing electro-mechanical equipment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance for motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machinery

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $72800.00/yr.
DP - Benefits available through Lexmark

This is a fully onsite position in Longmont,CO.
