Role summary: Senior Workplace Project Manager
Youlllead workplace change and relocation projects forMovePlansgrowing client base across financial services, media & tech, pharma & healthcare, education, and public services. Taking a consulting-led approach,youllpartner with clients from startups to global multinationals to shape the right strategy and deliver projectsthat aregrounded in industry best practices.
Youlllead and support projects that are geographically diverse but arepredominantlylocatedwithin this region.
Youllwork in ahybrid capacity balancing on-site requirements, with work from home opportunities along with the occasional need to travel outside of this region.
Youllmanageand mentora team of MovePlan individuals who are committed to deliveringhigh quality, value-addedservicesand outputsto our clients.
Youllsupportbusiness growth by creating meaningfulrelationships with existing clients andidentifyingopportunities for newaccounts.
What youllbe doing
- RepresentingMovePlan with confidence and professionalism on client sites
- Managing a team of MovePlan employeesin your assigned region(s)
- Preparing and leading the strategy, management, and delivery of workplace transition projects
- Creatingand delivering stakeholder and employee communications thatensureallare informed,preparedand motivated to supportgoals
- Leading anddocumentingclient and internalprojectmeetings
- Managing projectscope,schedulesandbudgets
- Assessing and documenting project risks, actions,issuesand decisions
- Preparing analysis and reportingasrequired
- Supporting on-site project activities including occasional weekend work
- Completing internal MovePlan administrative tasks to support your team and region
- Supporting business development through networking, events, and bid activity
Whatyoullneed
- 5+ years experience inmanaging projects and direct reports
- A creative, solutions-focused mindset
- Leadership experience and a passion for developing others
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
- Greatorganization skills, attention to detail, and written communication
- Confidence working across new teams and fast-pacedenvironments
- Solid Microsoft Office skillswith a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel andwork occasional weekends
Nice to have
- Experience leading culture change
- Change or Project Management certification
- Corporate real estate or facilities managementexperience
- Active membership within industry networking organizations
