We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to become part of our Maintenance team. This individual will likely train on day shift and then work 2nd shift. Some on the job training is provided, however the ideal candidate will already be cross disciplinary and have strong industrial electrical background and would be able to wire a 3 phase motor and troubleshoot a basic motor control circuit in the interview process. Some skills we can teach if you are willing to learn (plumbing, mechanical, chemical, etc.). In a small company your task will vary by the day. One day you may be troubleshooting industrial electric and automation, the next fixing a gear drive/motor assembly, and the next unclogging plumbing or pushing snow with a snowplow.
This role offers an opportunity to see and learn many different engineering applications. Most of our current team has a very wide range of skills and will be an excellent source of knowledge for those wishing to expand their skill set.
