We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! The legal assistant provides administrative and clerical support. The position involves:
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports;
- Manage and organize case files, documents, and records (physical and electronic);
- Coordinate attorney calendar and schedule meetings and hearings;
- Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and vendors;
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and time entry as required.
