A respected plaintiff’s law firm in Roseland, NJ is looking for a Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience. The firm handles a broad range of matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and class action cases.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility early on — managing cases from start to finish, including trial and appellate work in both State and Federal courts.
We’re looking for an attorney who’s driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent writer, with strong research skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all phases of litigation, from pleadings to trial and appeal
- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
- Collaborate with partners on case strategy while maintaining multiple deadlines
What you’ll need:
- J.D. and New Jersey Bar admission (required)
- New York admission a plus
- 1–3 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong writing, research, and client communication skills
