Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in implementing and optimizing ERP and CRM systems, ensuring seamless alignment with business needs. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of strategic initiatives and the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and customization of ERP and CRM systems to align with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop and execute client-side scripting to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Manage data migration processes, including extraction, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Configure system settings and modules to meet project specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Integrate APIs to enable seamless communication between systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP/CRM systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance testing to ensure optimal functionality.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.• Proven experience in client-side scripting and configuration management.
• Proficiency in developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or D365.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with API development and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of data migration processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
