About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack with a strong focus on frontend development using React.js, complemented by solid Node.js backend experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can design, build, and maintain high-performing, scalable web applications while collaborating closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of responsive web applications using React.js.
  
• Design and develop backend services using Node.js.
  
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and RESTful APIs.
  
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and architecture.
  
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to cloud-based deployments.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining responsive web applications using React.js.
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
  
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
  
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  
• Experience with SQL/MySQL databases.
  
• Familiarity with build tools such as Web-pack, Babel, and modern frontend tooling.
  
• Exposure to Angular or React frameworks.
  
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
  
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
  
• Familiarity with application security best practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
