Job Description
As a Trimmer, you will utilize hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to skillfully trim and assemble roto molded slides. You will be responsible for packing finished slides in boxes, preparing them for shipment to customers. Additionally, you will track production output, product quality, and any scrapped parts, communicating these details to the Roto Technicians daily. You will also have the opportunity to offer recommendations to improve production processes for enhanced time management and quality work habits.
Responsibilities
- Use hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to trim and assemble roto molded slides.
- Pack finished slides in boxes for customer shipment.
- Track production output, product quality, and scrapped parts, and communicate findings to Roto Technicians daily.
- Offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits.
Essential Skills
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and general labor tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with trimming molded plastic parts is preferred.
- Experience with operating molding equipment is desirable.
- Quality control experience is an asset.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
