Job Breakdown:
We are seeking a strategic, solution-driven, and proactive Senior Project Manager who is ready to step into a sophisticated process workflow alongside the current project management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, understands the nuances of agency operations, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency, and is eager to influence efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
As a Temp Senior Project Manager at Karsh Hagan, you will play a critical role in scaling project management strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across all accounts.
You will work in lockstep with the Project Management supervisor and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate project outcomes and client satisfaction.
This is a Temp position beginning in January and scaling in preparation for a mid-March through mid-May maternity leave. Weekly hours will likely begin around 15-20 Jan-Feb, then scale up to 30-40 Mar-June.
What Youll Do:
- Manage creative project workflows, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to final delivery.
- Work closely with creative teams, ensuring designers, copywriters, and strategists have the information and resources they need.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, aligning stakeholders on objectives, feedback, and key milestones.
- Coordinate asset production for print, digital, social, and video projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Manage specs and deadlines for creative assets, working with media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaign launch.
- Facilitate internal meetings, track action items, and document key takeaways to keep teams aligned.
- Ensure creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, messaging, and strategic goals.
- Problem-solve workflow bottlenecks, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with the project management department to identify process improvements and contribute to optimizing workflows for greater efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of project management experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proven experience in process development, workflow automation, and operational strategy.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, scopes of work, and profitability tracking.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing guidance while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, Workamajig, Smartsheet, Asana, or Workfront.
- Familiarity with production, creative processes, and integrated marketing campaigns.
