Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-Time
Location: Edison, New Jersey
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We’re looking for Therapist Supervisor to oversee the daily performance and clinical quality of a therapy team serving diverse populations. You’ll provide supervision, direction, and mentorship to ensure the consistent delivery of excellent care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and associate clinicians.
- Evaluate staff performance and support professional development.
- Oversee treatment documentation, case management, and client progress.
- Implement agency procedures and maintain quality assurance.
- Act as a resource for clinical problem-solving and case review.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
