Payrate: $60-$85/hour (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

What You'll Do:
- Lead critical project workstreams from conception through successful delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project alignment and execution
- Provide hands-on functional solutioning and issue resolution when complex challenges arise
- Track project milestones, risks, and documentation with exceptional clarity and consistency
- Prepare compelling updates and executive reporting for senior leadership stakeholders
- Champion process improvement initiatives that drive overall program success
- Navigate fast-moving environments while maintaining project quality and team momentum
- Bridge strategic vision with tactical execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
What You Bring:
- 3–12 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and proven stakeholder management expertise
- Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Exceptional communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams independently while collaborating effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- NYC local residency and availability for 3+ days onsite weekly
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Media/entertainment industry background
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects
- Track record managing strategic initiatives at global organizations
- Background working with creative teams and content production workflows
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting
- Familiarity with enterprise project management tools and methodologies
