Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide expert assistance across infrastructure, cloud, and networking domains. Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of client infrastructure solutions, including servers, network devices, and cloud-based systems.
• Configure and manage migrations for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Deploy and resolve issues related to firewalls, VPNs, and wireless network setups.
• Address escalated technical issues across diverse IT environments and technologies.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to make informed decisions on system architecture and design.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers while improving internal documentation and workflows.
• Drive successful delivery of client-facing projects and contribute to continuous process optimization.• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, and networking technologies.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Proven ability to configure networks and troubleshoot IT systems effectively.
• Prior experience delivering complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with firewall deployment and VPN technologies.
