Job Title: Technical Curriculum Developer – Sales & Partner Enablement

Pay Rate: $40/hour

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Central or Eastern Time Zones; open to U.S.-based applicants)

Duration: 4–5 months (August 18, 2025 – January 31, 2026)

Note: Duration may end earlier. Higher rates negotiable for shorter terms. Start date ideally week of August 25.

Position Overview

A U.S.-based cybersecurity company is seeking a contract Technical Curriculum Developer to support its internal Sales and Partner Enablement initiatives. The contractor will focus on developing foundational technical training content targeted at presales and post-sales teams across the global sales organization.

This role requires the ability to translate complex technical topics into structured, actionable learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in cybersecurity, technical sales, or instructional design and be comfortable collaborating across product, sales engineering, and enablement teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical enablement content for internal sales roles (Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers) and partner sellers.
  • Create learning modules including scripts, assessments, lab guides, and supporting materials for both self-paced and instructor-led formats.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in Product, Sales Engineering, and Technical Marketing to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Align training materials with role-based learning paths and defined skill proficiencies.
  • Incorporate use cases, product architectures, and field-based scenarios into course materials.
  • Revise and update training based on stakeholder feedback and evolving product capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the enablement team to ensure consistency and alignment with broader learning strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Technical Curriculum Development
  • Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture
  • Cybersecurity Enablement or Technical Writing
  • Familiarity with B2B cybersecurity technologies (e.g., endpoint, identity, cloud security, threat intelligence)
  • Proven ability to create structured, modular training content for technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across functional teams
  • Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance content creation
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for field-facing technical audiences

Preferred:

  • Exposure to cybersecurity platforms such as EDR, XDR, or similar technologies
  • Experience using learning platforms like Articulate Rise, Docebo, or Synthesia
  • Previous experience developing content for partner enablement or sales training
  • Familiarity with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform is a plus
