GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their job description entails developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer relationships, dedication, and satisfaction. They are responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects company-wide from infancy to end.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In order of importance – Include frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.)

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement senior/complex projects in Wrike.
  • Plan, coordinate, and onboard ATM, AE upgrade, and Recycler clients and projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, escalate when key project deliverables and milestones are in jeopardy to leadership.
  • Coordinate and communicate project deliverables, expectations, and requirements with the customer.
  • Creating long-and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when discrepancies or conflicts are presented during projects to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
  • Update and maintain project management procedures and all project blueprints in Wrike.
  • Work with Project Coordinators on supporting short project tasks as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • High school education required.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business or management.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project manager capacity.
  • CAPM or PMP certification (or equivalent certification)

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Thorough knowledge of project management processes.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Windows 10 knowledge.
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strategic in approach understands and addresses inter-dependencies and real issues.
  • Experience managing to deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage teams/projects and bring them to success.
  • Proven experience with projects of similar size and scope.
  • Organized and efficient in work processes.
  • Flexible and can adapt to change and cultural realities.
  • Leadership, Interpersonal, Time Management and Problem-Solving skills
  • Decisiveness
  • The ability to delegate effectively
