Contracts & Sales Order Coordinator | East Setauket, NY

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is hiring a Contracts & Sales Order Coordinator for a manufacturer of power supply products in the East Setauket, NY area. This role supports the Contracts Department with order processing, documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth and accurate contract execution.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain customer sales orders in the company’s MRP system
• Review purchase orders for accuracy in pricing, terms, and requirements
• Create and organize quote folders with all relevant documentation and correspondence
• Collaborate with internal departments to verify order details and resolve discrepancies
• Track quotes and orders to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, amendments, and renewals
• Support audits through organized digital and physical recordkeeping
• Provide administrative assistance and generate reports as needed
