In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys by managing litigation-related tasks and ensuring seamless operations within the legal department. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

• Manage e-filing processes for court submissions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.

• Maintain and update calendars to track court dates, deadlines, and attorney schedules.

• Coordinate court filings and handle administrative tasks related to litigation matters.

• Assist in managing commercial and complex business litigation cases with attention to detail.

• Support defense litigation efforts by conducting research and preparing relevant documentation.

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to facilitate case progress.

• Monitor case deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all legal tasks and filings.

• Organize and maintain case files to ensure easy access to critical information.

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to streamline workflow and optimize case management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in e-filing processes and court filing systems.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in calendar management and tracking deadlines.

• Solid understanding of commercial and complex business litigation procedures.

• Familiarity with defense litigation and related documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with legal professionals and clients.
