Associate Attorney - Estate Planning & Probate


Seattle, WA | $135,000-$200,000 DOE | Comprehensive Benefits


A well-regarded Seattle-based law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its growing Estate Planning & Probate Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a thoughtful, client-centered attorney to work with a collaborative team that values both legal excellence and compassionate service.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Drafting tailored estate planning documents to meet a wide range of client needs
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals on gift and estate planning strategies
  • Guiding clients through trust and estate administration
  • Providing counsel on charitable giving and philanthropic planning
  • Supporting succession planning for closely held businesses

We're looking for someone who is a strong writer, creative thinker, and effective communicator-someone who brings both technical skill and empathy to their practice.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Admission to at least one state bar (Washington preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in estate planning and probate
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
