Associate Attorney - Litigation

Salary: $125,000 - $200,000

Billable Hour Requirement: 1750

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Flexibility)

A prominent boutique law firm with deep expertise in employment law, insurance coverage, ERISA litigation, and aviation law, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our team. They offer the sophistication of big-firm practice with the agility and personal connection of a small firm.

What You'll Do

  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Manage case files and maintain proactive communication with clients.
  • Stay current on legal developments and contribute to thought leadership in your practice area.


What They're Looking For

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar (or eligibility).
  • Litigation experience preferred, but strong writing and analytical skills are essential.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and client advocacy.
