LHH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our clients growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liability, personal injury, and other defense litigation matters, and will support attorneys throughout all stages of case development, discovery, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation of cases for trial and arbitration.

  • Organize and manage case files, medical records, and discovery materials.

  • Draft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate depositions, IMEs, and expert witness interviews.

  • Summarize depositions, medical records, and other case materials.

  • Maintain calendars and track critical deadlines.

  • Assist with trial preparation including trial notebooks, exhibit lists, and witness coordination.

  • Perform legal research and investigation using available tools and databases.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury or liability defense.

  • Strong knowledge of Florida court rules and procedures.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal document management software, and e-filing systems.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Paralegal certificate or degree preferred but not required with significant experience.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
