National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Bilingual Janitors for our location in Chicago, IL!
Duties include: Maintaining cleanliness in a high-rise residential building, including common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and trash rooms. Duties include moving trash dumpsters to the alley, cleaning and preparing apartments between residents, assisting building engineers with minor work orders. As well as ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
From 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay rate: $21.76 HR!
Bi-weekly pay!
Requirements:
• Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency i English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Own transportation to get to work.
• Two valid forms of IDs.
• Ability to safely perform some heavy lifting.
• Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
• A Background Check and Drug test will be conducted.
• Availability to start immediately.
