Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Help maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
- Inspect rooms and equipment, identify issues, and assist with repairs
- Assist with preventive maintenance planning and tracking
- Make sure your team has the supplies and tools they need
- Help schedule the engineering team based on business needs
- Follow and report on all safety procedures and equipment issues
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience-helps you jump in without skipping a beat
- Basic computer skills-you'll use work order systems and company tools
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
- Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- HVAC certification and hotel experience are a plus-they help you hit the ground running
