Maintenance Technician - HIRING ASAP
Starting Pay/Wages:
- Pay: $32.00-$42.00/hr
- Shift Premium: $3.00-$4.00/hr
Hours/Shift Openings:
- (1st shift: 6:00am-2:00pm)
- (2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm)
- (3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am)

Duties & Qualifications:
- Repairing electrical and mechanical components on conveyors, mixers, palletizers, packagers, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshooting Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
- Troubleshooting/repairing VFDs, proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, contactors.
- Rewiring/troubleshooting single and three phase motors up to 480v.
- Repairing gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, shafts, chains, etc.
- Fabrication & repair.
- Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems.
- Inspect machinery and observe operations to detect the cause of malfunctions.
- Make necessary repairs and adjustments to keep machinery in production.
- Repair and maintain company machinery according to blueprints, catalogs, and data charts.
- Disassemble and rebuild machines; overhaul troublesome components and attachments.
- Dismantle, inspect, machine, and/or replace purchased parts.
- Select replacement parts from parts lists and catalogs.
- Lay out repair parts; set up and operate machine tools to machine parts.
- Improvise tooling as necessary.
- Perform machinist work related to the installation of new machine tools or relocation of existing machines.
- Work as part of a project team to complete assignments.
- Perform routine housekeeping activities in the work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Journeyman certification is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Open to candidates with supervisor-level experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $74000.00 - $94000.00/yr.
