Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software components and services.
-Collaborate closely with architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, efficient solutions.
-Implement and optimize microservices, APIs, and integrations in modern cloud environments.
-Contribute actively to sprint activities, code reviews, and delivery planning.
-Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance and scalability issues rapidly.
-Support AI-driven initiatives by integrating and maintaining AI/ML components within enterprise systems.
-Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in enterprise or large-scale systems.
Strong proficiency in full-stack JavaScript development (Node.js, React, or similar frameworks).
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of databases (relational: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL; and NoSQL).
Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and modern data-driven applications.
Proven experience with AI development tools and approaches.
Working knowledge of software security, encryption, and compliance standards.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in fast-paced, agile environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
-Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance).
-Experience in the HealthCare industry would be appreciated as well as experience with HIPAA.
-Background in process automation or CI/CD pipelines
