About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Attorney to join our Las Vegas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with up to 2 years of experience who is passionate about consumer protection law and eager to grow their litigation skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

As the first point of attorney contact for clients, you will play a key role in guiding individuals through their legal journey, answering questions about case status, and helping them understand their rights and options. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in litigation and negotiation, with mentorship from experienced attorneys.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary attorney contact for clients seeking updates or guidance on their case
  • Assist in identifying violations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
  • Draft and file legal documents including complaints and discovery
  • Participate in hearings and settlement negotiations
  • Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to identify and refer potential claims
  • Support corporate compliance efforts

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; recent graduates and early-career attorneys encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing roles
  • Interest in consumer protection, debt resolution, and litigation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (Nevada bar preferred but not required)
  • Willingness to relocate to or commute to our Las Vegas, NV office
