Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join our team and contribute to a high-impact digital initiative. This is a hands-on role focused on building high-quality, reusable, and performant user interfaces using React, while collaborating closely with frontend architects, backend engineers, and UX teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable, performant UI components using React
- Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with design standards
- Collaborate with frontend architects to implement architecture patterns and best practices
- Integrate frontend components with back-end APIs and services
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend defects and performance issues
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–7+ years of hands-on React development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Experience building component-based architectures and shared UI libraries
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, or equivalent)
- Experience with modern frontend tooling and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
- Experience working in micro-frontend or modular frontend architecture
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and frontend performance optimization
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles
