Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Integration Analyst to support data quality and system configuration across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data clean-up, analysis, and accurate data entry across internal systems and for our acquired partners
- Support company-wide system configuration initiatives, including setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance
- Oversee and coordinate with third-party vendors responsible for data entry and data clean-up activities
- Review vendor work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards
- Identify data issues, discrepancies, or process gaps and escalate appropriately
- Support ad hoc operational and data-related projects as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, insurance, operations, or a data-entry–focused role
- Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent work ethic with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
