Job DescriptionLHH is working with a well-regarded law firm in Washington, DC that is seeking a Legal Secretary to support a team of partners and associates across various practice areas. This is a hybrid role with flexibility on in-office days and a focus on billing and administrative support.
Key Details:

Hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM preferred

Hybrid schedule with flexibility on in-office days

Primary focus on billing; experience with 3E or other billing systems is strongly preferred

Exposure to multiple billing platforms is a plus
Responsibilities:

Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings

Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and travel arrangements

Process billing and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency

Support multiple attorneys across practice areas

Perform basic document edits and formatting

Organize and maintain client and case files
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of legal secretarial experience, including 3+ years with billing responsibilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and support various teams
Pay: 65k-100k
