We’re looking for a Marketing Recruitment Manager to join our internal team, where your experience as a marketer will be invaluable in identifying, attracting, and recruiting other talented marketers. In this unique role, you will blend your marketing expertise with recruiting efforts, spending the majority of your time helping to build our client’s marketing teams.

As a Marketing Recruitment Manager with a recruiting focus, you’ll take on the responsibility of sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting talented marketers for our clients. Your background in marketing will enable you to understand the skill sets we’re looking for and to communicate effectively with candidates. Additionally, you’ll dedicate 10-15% of your time to developing and executing marketing initiatives for GrowthPair, such as email campaigns, social media, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruiting efforts to identify, engage, and hire exceptional marketers across various specializations (paid social, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Use your marketing expertise to create compelling job descriptions, targeted outreach, and interview processes that attract high-quality candidates.
  • Review resumes, portfolios, and work samples to assess candidates' marketing skills.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their marketing needs and deliver the best-fit talent.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with marketers, leveraging your industry knowledge to nurture relationships and present GrowthPair as the premier destination for marketing talent.
  • Contribute to GrowthPair’s marketing strategy by assisting in email marketing, social media content creation, and brand promotion to attract more candidates and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing skills across various roles (e.g., paid media, organic social, content, email).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with candidates and clients alike.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc).
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
