Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a QA Test Lead to join their team in Greenwood Village, CO.

Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications for the API platform and ecosystem.
- This person is involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution. The Quality Assurance Test Lead works on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments and on multiple programs/systems as a test lead.
- The Quality Assurance Test Lead is responsible for defining testing strategy, its implementation and execution. This is an individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to grow into a lead position over time and for the right candidate.
- This person is considered a subject matter expert for a single program/system. He/she can lead a team through effective delegation, training, and motivation. The Quality Assurance Test Lead can track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment.
- Good communicator, team players, organized and data driven. A strong experience on building test automation for web applications and API platforms is required.
- Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.
Experience Requirements:
- Proficient in Git.
- Experience developing APIs and OAuth 2.0.
- Basic understanding of network technologies.
- Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Strong experience with TypeScript's type system, including generic types and type manipulation.
- Basic understanding of functional programming paradigms.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs).
- Experience with AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) and the Drizzle ORM.
- Experience with unit testing and property-based testing.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Bun Test, and Fast-Check.
- Experience with CI
- Preferred: Experience with the Effect framework (https://effect.website).
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
