Job Responsibilities

  • Selling all types of commercial HVAC projects, ranging from small 2K jobs up to 3MM or more.
  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Owning the projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful commissioning upon completion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC project sales experience.
  • Stable work history; no frequent job changes.
  • Preferably someone with owner direct sales experience.
  • Proven track record in HVAC Sales.
