Engineering Technician (Senior Level)
Location: Miami FL 33196
Duration: 6+ months
Pay: $28.00/hr. on w2
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Follow engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.
• Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures, layout plans, blueprints or other drawings.
• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
• Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
• Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Completing PM's within our AMMS system for multiple sets of equipment to maintain Compliance of Production processes.
• 5+ years' work-related experience or an AA Degree (Technical/Engineering) with 1+ years exp.
• Technician may work in Blood exposure/Biohazard areas and must follow all PPE/OSHA guidelines.
