We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on Facilities Lead to support daily facility operations across four Loloi locations in the Dallas area, including our corporate office and warehouse sites. This individual will be actively involved on the floor each day—troubleshooting maintenance issues, coordinating repairs, conducting safety walkthroughs, and ensuring workspaces are clean, functional, and operating smoothly. The Facilities Lead will work directly with vendors, assist with equipment upkeep, help with space setup and moves, and respond to facility needs in real time. This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday, and requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, repairs, equipment servicing, and general upkeep of physical spaces.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections to identify repairs, safety risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support warehouse facilities with maintenance needs related to racking, dock doors, equipment, safety processes, and general maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company facility standards.
  • Track and manage facility supplies, maintenance logs, work orders, and vendor activity.
  • Support company-wide moves, workstation setups, office expansions, and facility changes as required.

Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

  • 3+ years of facilities coordination, building operations, warehouse facilities support, or related experience required.
  • Experience overseeing multiple locations preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments and corporate settings; able to move between sites as needed (all in Dallas area).
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday; occasional weekend or after-hours needs may arise based on facility priorities.
