A locally owned and operated windows and doors company that has a reputation for providing high-quality windows and doors is looking for a dependable Service Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining windows and doors. You’ll work directly with our customers to ensure they’re happy with our products and services. This role is ideal for someone with construction or hands-on experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Installing and servicing windows and doors on residential and commercial properties
  • Diagnosing issues and coming up with solutions that meet our customers’ needs
  • Using construction tools safely and efficiently, including ladders and lifts
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Helping with loading/unloading materials and keeping your work area organized
  • Following safety guidelines and making sure everything meets company standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or a similar field (bonus if you’ve worked with windows/doors before, but we’ll train the right person)
  • Strong physical stamina—this job involves lifting, bending, and working at heights (ladders, lifts)
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet and provide great service
  • Someone who can communicate well and enjoys working directly with customers
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
