LITIGATION LEGAL SECRETARY
MONTGOMERY, AL
The Litigation Legal Secretary provides high-level administrative and clerical support to attorneys handling litigation matters. Responsibilities will include preparing, formatting, and filing legal documents with state and federal courts (both electronic and paper), maintaining case files, managing attorney calendars and deadlines, coordinating court appearances and depositions, and handling correspondence with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. The role also involves drafting routine pleadings and discovery documents, assisting with trial preparation, and ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.
