- Responsible for 4 direct reports and 14 indirect reports in a union stamping metal fab environment
- Will oversee all capital projects and facility maintenance
Key Requirements
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Stamping or metal fabrication experience is a must
- Capital projects experience
- B.S Degree is required Engineering degree is preferred
