We are seeking an EXPERIENCED PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN DRAFTING BP'S, DISCOVERY DEMANDS/RESPONSES, MOTIONS, NOTICE OF CLAIMS and SC's..
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Job responsibilities include among other things drafting Discovery Demands, Discovery Responses, Bills of Particulars, Summons and Complaints, motion drafting, conduct investigations and client communication. Minimum 3 years Experience is a must. Others will not be considered.THIS IS NOT FOR A REMOTE POSITION. However, the pay is high for the position. A good work ethic is expected.
