A school is seeking a Substitute Paraprofessional to provide temporary instructional support in a Special Education environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and skilled at assisting students with diverse learning needs. Prior experience in a Special Education school is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Support students in following lesson plans and implementing IEP goals

Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and behavior interventions

Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers

Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment

Provide additional support to ensure students remain focused and successful
Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Previous experience working in a Special Education setting

Ability to adapt to different classrooms and learning needs quickly

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must have completed Justice Center clearance before starting

Available to begin at 8:30 AM
