Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Programmer Analyst to perform moderate to complex technical and functional analysis in support of enterprise systems. This role is responsible for monitoring system resources, evaluating business and technical processes, and analyzing historical data trends to support operational efficiency and departmental effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle technologies, integration tools, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct moderate to complex analysis of systems, processes, and resource utilization

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization

Evaluate existing workflows and recommend technical improvements

Analyze and present historical data trends to support decision-making

Develop, test, and support integrations and reports for enterprise systems

Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and analysts to implement solutions

Ensure compliance with internal IT standards, policies, and procedures

Document technical designs, processes, and system changes
Required Technical Skills & ExperienceIntegration & Development Tools

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development

Hands-on knowledge of Eclipse, JDeveloper, Postman, and SoapUI
Reporting & Data

Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

Strong knowledge of SQL and SSIS packages
Functional Knowledge (Required)

Functional understanding of Oracle Financials (FIN)

Functional understanding of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)

Functional understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Qualifications

Experience performing system analysis and application support in an enterprise IT environment

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
