As a Facilities Engineer, you’ll apply core engineering principles to support, design, and optimize facility equipment, testing systems, machines, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze facility equipment specifications and performance requirements• Support or lead the design of new equipment or modifications to existing facilities• Evaluate engineering proposals, process requirements, and technical data• Determine feasibility of plant systems (cost, space, time, regulations, operational impact)• Provide technical guidance on manufacturing processes, materials, and long-term plant planning• Utilize CAE/CAD tools for design, modeling, and troubleshooting• Lead projects and collaborate across engineering and operations teams• Stay current with industry advancements and technical innovations
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical training/experience• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Facilities, Industrial, or related Engineer• Strong operational and technical skills with understanding of manufacturing environments• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical publications• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical tools (taps & dies, gauges, power tools, etc.)• Proficiency with office software for reporting, documentation, and data analysis• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to customers, vendors, and internal teams• Ability to perform engineering calculations (geometry, volume, percentages, algebra, etc.)• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical instructionsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
