IT Network Administration - Hardware and Software Services Technician

An established, small and growing company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our IT service team in the Salt Lake City area. In this role, you provide IT services and hardware repair to our clientele. We are considering multiple levels on knowledge and skills (Tech 1 - Tech 3) in the following areas.

1. PC, copier, and printer repair at business client locations.

2. Ability to setup and maintain networks and cloud storage solutions in Linux and Windows environments.

3. Strong IT skills. Ability to design, setup, and present network solutions for clients.

4. Strong customer relationship skills.

5. Knowledge of IT security issues, ransomware, data continuity.

6. A strong interest and desire to perform mechanical and electronic repairs and services.

7. Energetic and active work ethic.

8. Must have excellent communication skills and be presentable to our business clients.

9 You must be physically capable of moving large equipment.

This is a full-time position 8 - 5 with a 1-hour lunch. Accommodations may be made for a flexible part time work schedule if desired by the candidate.
