Pre-Litigation Paralegals provide support to attorneys, clients, and colleagues. This position is responsible for handling pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages.
Responsibilities:
· Proactively provide support to injured clients
· Establish professional relationships with clients to obtain vital case related information
· Gather, review, and analyze medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phase
· Collaborate with and provide support for assigned Attorney
· Maintain electronic and paper files
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal injury Paralegal
· Spanish/Bilingual is REQUIRED
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Deadline and detail oriented
