We're seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Paralegal to join our collaborative, mission-centered team. What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys with case flow, deadlines, and client communication
- Order and summarize medical records; assist with discovery and document production
- Maintain organized electronic files and manage legal calendars
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, and assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial prep
- Provide clear, caring communication to clients from intake to resolution
- Collaborate with teammates in a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal with a good grasp of various Spanish dialects)
- Tech-savvy: Legal Case Management Software, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Commitment to equity, sustainability, and a values-based culture
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$60,000 base salary, with room for advancement
- 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, after one year
- Health, dental, vision or HSA with preventive care
